A reinterpretation of the classic gin sour, but using the locally produced Amazzoni Gin, and finished with a foam of Truffle Blanc and cocoa flakes

• 3cl lime juice
• 2cl Monin hibiscus syrup
• 1cl pasteurized egg white
• 5cl of Blend Tea “Truffle Blanc” soda
