Shipping & delivery
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivery times vary from two to five working days in most of the EU and the UK, and seven to ten days for mainland US.
Our flat shipping rate to anywhere in the world is €9,75. Shipping is free for all orders over €79,00. We send all orders via Fedex, DHL, BRT and other primary courier services.
If you live in Italy, please use the dedicated site version for country-specific specific shipping costs.

If you live in Italy, we offer you 2 payment options: via PayPal (the global leader in the online payments sector), or via COD (cash payment on delivery).

With Blend Tea, every online order you make earns you points! Each Euro spent (excluding shipping costs) equals one point. For each 100 points collected you will be able to redeem a €10,00 Gift Certificate! How to find the right tea for you
Our teas are grouped by packaging and then by variety: black, oolong, green, white, etc. You can visit these sections by clicking on the "Shop" button in the navigation bar.
Our pyramid tea bag infusers
BLEND TEA uses special transparent pyramids so that you can appreciate the beauty and quality of our precious teas even before starting the infusion.
Thanks to the shape of the bag and the special material that allows the passage of a large quantity of water, the tea leaves have much more space to move during the infusion and release all their goodness.
Finally, the material of the bags is biodegradable and commercially compostable. It's not permeable and therefore does not retain or "steal" any particle of tea flavor.
As a result it is possible to drink a fine leaf tea, already portioned in the right amount, even for those who do not wish to buy it in bulk and use a tea strainer. It is also an excellent way to try a tea that you do not know, without having to buy large quantities.
Tea packaging
Our loose teas are packaged in beautiful and functional metal canisters or in triple-barrier DoiPack bags with zip closures, to protection from light, high temperature, odors, and excessive humidity, the great enemies of tea that can change your tea's taste, aroma and appearance.
Our tea bags are individually sealed in the best triple-ply full-barrier material available, to maintain their freshness until the moment you open them to enjoy a great cup of tea.

We endeavour to keep all your information confidential and secure, and will never release this information to unauthorized third parties. We do not sell any information to third parties.
