tasting notes

aroma

Very aromatic and brilliant aromas of chamomile and orange.

appearance

A mix of chamomile flowers, lemongrass, lemon peel, herbs, hibiscus and rosehip. Clear yellow liquor, sometimes veering to pink.

taste

Immediately aromatic and brilliant, with clear aromas of chamomile, orange and mandarin that fill the mouth. Immediately afterwards the citrus note of the lemongrass and the slight astringency of the hibiscus are perceived, which perfectly balance the palate. Fresh and clean finish with hints of mint and lemon myrtle.

pairings

Excellent combined with desserts such as Key lime pie or a Passion Fruit creme brulee. It is a classic paired with Scotch for drinks such as the Chamomile Sour (infuse Scotch with Milla for 20 minutes, combine with lemon juice, simple syrip and egg white. Finally incorporate everything with a shaker or cappuccino foamer).

preparation

250ml of fresh water (filtered if necessary)
water temperature 95̊ C
infusion time, 5 minutes
no caffeine
may be consumed anytime, day or night

notes:

It's a perfect herbal tea for the evening, for children and for all those who prefer a drink without caffeine. A little-known fact about chamomile is that its main qualities lie in its digestive propeties, more so than its ability to soothe and conciliate sleep.
